Indian Head Massage is a stimulating and relaxing massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Requiring no undressing – it’s done very easily and successfully through clothes, whilst the person receiving it is seated.

This non-certificated course for friends and family, is very practical. You will work in pairs, with lots of opportunity to ask questions and discuss what you are doing and find out more about how to get/stay fit and well using holistic approaches to health and complementary therapies, where appropriate.
Enrol with a friend then you will both be able to give and receive this wonderful massage after the course, rather than always finding that you are giving it to other people.
Please wear comfortable clothes, including a wide-necked top or tee shirt you won’t mind getting some powder on as we shall use this to allow easy movement over skin. (No oils are used). Bring some lunch to share, other refreshments are included.
Your Tutor, Julie Quick, is fully qualified in Massage, Reflexology, Spineworks, Reiki and Immuno-Lymphatic Therapy. She is a very experienced tutor having taught Indian Head Massage and other complementary therapies in Adult Education locally for several years.
Courses can also be arranged in your own home if you have a group of friends who want to learn together - minimum 6 people

The training will be presented by Robert Jefford, an experienced Trainer and expert in NLP and Hypnotherapy. Robert is also renowned in the world of Martial Arts and Qigong and as a Reiki Master/Teacher.

We are very lucky to get the day for this small fee – in future it will be a two-day course for considerably more money. In addition, Robert has asked that the proceeds be donated go to Uk-Japan Complementary Therapy Team to aid their work with the Tsunami victims, so you will be helping others directly, too.
Refreshments will be available and profits will go to the same Charity. Please bring a packed lunch as there is nowhere within walking distance to buy lunch
